2024-2025 Catholic Citizen Essay Contest

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, St. Joseph Knights of Columbus Council #4599 named Henry Mosher as the winner of the 2024-2025 Catholic Citizen Essay contest. The topic of the contest was: What are the two most important virtues for an elected leader to possess, and why? Henry received his award from Deputy Grand Knight Tom Holzman during the Children’s Mass before the entire St. Joseph Catholic School. His essay has also been judged the winner of KofC District 12 and has advanced to the KofC State Council to be included in competition with all other eighth-grade winners from around Georgia.
